This is the look of a Winner. Scott has been working in a new position at the office for the last month. He has been estimating! He is learning a new skill and he is enjoying it very much. He is getting to be more involved with the subcontractors and project managers. Well, he won his first bid yesterday!!! It is a brick fence job for the church. He has a couple more that he is working on for next week and I know he will do great! This is the look of a Winner!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Hey, we can't wait to see you guys! Gary's got to talk to his teacher and figure out what his schedule will be and then we can work something out to see you guys while we're there!
That is so cool that you are doing estimating. We will have some great things to talk about when we are there because I'm in a bidding and estimating class right now. Its great stuff. It is landscape bidding and estimating but pretty much the same thing. I'm really looking forward to starting my career very soon with a good company. Good Job on the Win!
